Pim Spazio Scenico is a cultural association based at PimOff Theatre in Milan, Italy. Since its foundation, the organization has been committed to supporting emerging artists and fostering contemporary choreographic research. PimOff acts as both a collector and booster for new talent, providing a platform for experimental and hybrid forms of dance while integrating broader performing arts and educational activities. The association collaborates with national and international partners, including Dance Card (Lombardia Region network), the Comune di Milano, and Municipio 5, promoting cross-disciplinary and community-oriented artistic practices.

Citofonare PimOff Residency Programme for Contemporary Dance
Citofonare PimOff 26/27 is the 12th edition of PimOff’s acclaimed residency programme dedicated to supporting national and international dance companies and artists. This open call invites proposals for projects in the creation phase that have not yet premiered publicly. Selected participants will benefit from an intensive residency lasting up to 10 days, between January and May 2027, designed to develop the artistic project, experiment with hybrid forms, and engage with audiences through previews and educational activities.
During the residency, participants will present a study or preview of their work (minimum 30 minutes) and lead a public training or laboratory session. This programme emphasizes professional growth, collaborative experimentation, and the integration of the local community and wider dance networks.
PimOff provides technical, organizational, and promotional support, enabling participants to focus on creative development. The residency encourages projects that integrate interdisciplinary approaches and cultivate long-term sustainability and touring potential.

Additional Details
- A total of 27 participants across partner networks will be selected
- Each partner organization pre-selects 9 candidates to ensure diversity in disciplines and backgrounds
- Shortlisted applicants may be invited for interviews
- Residents must lead educational activities, community engagement, and public presentations
- All project credits and promotional materials must reference: “With the support of Citofonare PimOff – Milan”
- Projects with a premiere prior to the residency will be excluded
- Selection favors projects with strong networks, sustainable plans, communication materials, and clearly defined goals
