Digital Project Manager Job Opportunity
EDN seeks an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead a critical digital development phase, specifically the migration of EDN’s current website to a newly designed WordPress platform. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders—including the EDN team, an external development agency, and service providers—ensuring timelines, workflows, and content integrity are meticulously managed. This position is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in website migration, digital content management, and user experience design, who also have an affinity for the cultural and dance sectors.
The Role Overview
- Salary/Fee: €9,000 gross for the 4-month contract, paid in instalments linked to milestones
- Contract Type: Freelance / service contract
- Start Date: 1 March 2026
- Reporting to: EDN’s Editorial Manager
- Programme: Digital migration and UX improvement of EDN’s website
- Curator: Not applicable
Position & Tasks
- Lead the website migration from the existing platform to WordPress
- Create and manage project timelines, workflows, and milestones
- Coordinate internal staff, external suppliers, and agencies
- Define and implement an archive strategy for all content
- Advise on website structure, information hierarchy, and user experience
- Oversee quality control, testing, and documentation
- Research best practices and provide consultation on UX and digital content management

Eligibility
- Must be based in Europe and able to work remotely
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are welcome
- Proven experience in web project management, especially WordPress migrations
- Self-employed/freelance with own tools
- Affinity with the cultural or dance sector is a plus
