Short Description
The Earth Partner Prize 2025, previously #CreateCOP, is an open call that generates conversations around the urgent need for ecological justice, and the role the arts can play in visualising these issues and igniting action.
What started as #CreateCOP, an Earth Partner initiative, has blossomed into a global community of over 130 countries, united by the conviction that art can illuminate the most pressing ecological challenges of our time. We want Earth Partner as a whole to become a wider and trusted name for the most exciting climate-inspired art — an aspirational community that you are a fundamental part of. Shifting the focus of the contest name to Earth Partner Prize reflects this aspiration.
Our core mission stays crystal clear: to amplify voices, challenge perspectives, and inspire urgent climate action through creativity. We continue to welcome submissions exploring climate justice, corporate greenwashing, wildlife conservation, Indigenous rights, grassroots activism, and many other artistic interpretations of today’s big issues.
Art Partner invites artists and creatives of all nationalities, races, genders and faiths, between 14 and 30 years of age, to submit work that responds to and creates conversations around the urgent need for climate action. The Earth Partner Prize seeks to amplify the call to environmental action by providing a platform where the voices of the next generation of concerned creatives can be seen and heard. Especially members of marginalised communities, who are often underrepresented, highlighting the unique ways in which they each view the perils of climate change, and its social roots and consequences.
