EMMpower 2.0 Mentorship Programme 2026 – Mentor Application
This opportunity invites experienced
European music managers to mentor the next generation of music industry professionals. Mentors work with two mentees in a project-based structure from March to December 2026, providing strategic guidance, professional expertise, and industry insights. Mentors gain access to EMMA’s pan-European network, training in mentoring competencies, and remuneration for their contributions. The program emphasizes artist development, long-term career planning, and cross-border collaboration in the music sector.

Eligibility
- Must currently reside and work in Europe (including the UK).
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the local and international music industry.
- Demonstrated success as an artist manager (documented artist achievements).
- Active participation in international music industry events and initiatives.
- Strong professional network in the music industry.
- Competencies in strategic planning, artist brand building, marketing, publishing, contracts, booking, business models, and financial management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stress management skills.
Program Benefits & Awards
- Remuneration of €2,500 for participation.

- Mentoring experience with 2 mentees (12 hours per mentee).
- Participation in structured program meetings: onboarding, kick-off, midpoint, wrap-up, and mentoring supervision sessions.
