Exhibition Manager – Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto, Canada
The MOCA Exhibition Manager will lead and coordinate the planning, development, and execution of contemporary exhibitions and public programs. This role ensures the seamless delivery of interdisciplinary artistic projects, supports the commissioning of new works, and facilitates active engagement between artists, audiences, and cultural stakeholders. The position blends administrative oversight, programmatic leadership, and operational management to strengthen MOCA’s curatorial and public impact.Role Overview

- Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year

Position & Tasks
- Oversee planning and implementation of exhibitions and related public programs.
- Collaborate with curators, artists, and community partners on commissioned projects.
- Coordinate logistics, budgets, and timelines for exhibitions and events.
- Support interdisciplinary programming that aligns with MOCA’s mission and values.
- Facilitate operational efficiency and ensure adherence to institutional policies.
- Act as a public-facing representative of MOCA in professional and community settings.
- Supervise and coordinate internal staff and external contractors as needed.
