Short Description

For the first time, an open call will be launched. Priority will be given to the exchange of perspectives between artists, art critics, and curators. It will be an intergenerational festival, giving rise to a
temporary, self-managed community throughout the event. The focus will be on rituals, resembling an artistic retreat. There will be in situ performances as well as city-based performances (in specific sites).

Organized by curators Annabel Guérédrat and Henri Tauliaut, FIAP Martinique combines the theory of performance art history with live performances. It brings together art critics, academics, and performers from Europe, the Caribbean, North America, and Latin America.
