Open Call: Gate 27 Residency Program 2026 (Istanbul & Ayvalık, Turkey)
Gate 27 invites artists, researchers, and creative professionals to apply for its 2026 residency cycle. The program provides space and resources for interdisciplinary projects that foster dialogue, collaboration, and cultural engagement. Residents may work in either Yeniköy (Istanbul) or Ayvalık, with each location offering a distinct environment—urban and network-rich in Istanbul, or tranquil and reflective in Ayvalık.

Additionally, the BEYOND 27 program offers a special opportunity for one artist to collaborate with political theorist Wendy Brown at the Institute for Advanced Study, engaging in research-driven practice focused on contemporary social and cultural issues.
