Kunstbok Oslo is an annual Art Book Fair and cultural initiative based in Oslo, Norway, dedicated to celebrating and promoting printed matter and independent publishing practices within the art world. The fair brings together artists, independent publishers, small presses, zines, literary artists, and book-makers to showcase a wide range of printed art forms, including artist books, magazines, and experimental publications.

Kunstbok Oslo 2026 – Open Call for Exhibitors / Art Book Fair Participation

Kunstbok Oslo invites international artists, independent publishers, and book-makers to apply for the 2026 Art Book Fair. Exhibitors will present printed works, including artist books, zines, magazines, and experimental publications. Participants gain exposure to collectors, fellow creators, and an engaged international audience while participating in talks, panels, and community-building events.

This year’s fair emphasizes creative experimentation, hybrid formats, and cross-disciplinary approaches, encouraging submissions that explore innovative print practices and contemporary visual arts approaches in book-making.

Eligibility

  • International artists, publishers, and independent presses may apply.

Application Fee

  • Full table: 600 NOK per day, 1200 NOK in total for two days. (108 Euro)
  • Half table: 400 NOK per day, 800 NOK in total for two days. (72 Euro)
  • Shared table, 1-2 books: 200 per day, 400 NOK in total. (36 Euro)
