Short Description
The Loeb/ArtLab Fellowship is open to any artist or person with an artistic practice who applies for a Loeb Fellowship and meets the requirements thereof. The intention of a joint Loeb/ArtLab Fellowship is to give practicing artists the same Fellowship experience they would have as Loeb Fellows, with the added benefit of being granted studio space in the ArtLab building, research support and networking resources through the ArtLab community, and potential funding for proposed programs and/or projects over the course of the year.
Eligibility
The program is designed for mid-career professionals with a minimum of 5–10 years of experience in their respective fields. It seeks individuals who demonstrate leadership ability, a strong drive to support the success of others, and the potential to further develop their own capacities. The opportunities provided by the Fellowship are most effective for participants who are experienced enough to engage with complex challenges, yet still have ample time to make a significant impact. A typical Loeb class has an average age of approximately 42 years.
Submission Requirements
If you were an applicant in a previous year, to reapply, you must complete a new application through the online system, including contact information, forms, resume, portfolio, and/or supplemental materials.
