Manifest Gallery presents the 21st Annual “Magnitude Seven,” an exhibition featuring small artworks from around the world. This highly anticipated event showcases diverse and powerful pieces, each no larger than seven inches in any dimension. The exhibition will take place from May 30 to June 27, 2025.

  • Submission Deadline: February 16, 2025
  • Exhibition Dates: May 30 – June 27, 2025
  • Entry Fee: $45 for up to 3 entries, plus $5 for each additional entry (non-refundable).

 

Eligibility:

  • Open to all artists worldwide.
  • Submitted works must not exceed 7 inches in any dimension (excluding framing or display elements).
  • Open to all media, styles, and subject matter.
  • No restrictions on the creation date of the artwork.

 

How to Apply:

  • Complete the online entry form (linked in the prospectus).
  • Submit high-quality digital images via the provided Dropbox link.
  • Pay the entry fee through PayPal or check.
  • Provide any relevant notes about the artwork’s presentation.

 

Submission Requirements:

  • Digital images in high-quality JPEG format, at least 1000 pixels in any direction.
  • Properly named files following the specified format (e.g., Lastname_Firstname_1.jpg).
  • Video-based works require a still image and an accessible online viewing link.

 

Selection Process:

  • Works are reviewed by a rotating jury of professional artists and academics.
  • The jury makes recommendations to the exhibit curator, who makes final selections.
  • Jurors do not favor any particular style or medium.

 

Program Benefits/Awards:

  • Every exhibiting artist receives a $50 honorarium.
  • Eligibility for the Grand Jury Award: $1,000 awarded to one work per exhibition period, up to nine awards per year ($9,000 total in prizes).
  • Selected works will be featured in Manifest’s high-quality, award-winning season publication.
  • Artworks may be sold, with the artist receiving 70% of the sale price.
