Eligibility:
- Open to poets of all backgrounds and nationalities.
- Named fellowships available for specific groups, including BIPOC, Native American artists, transgender/nonbinary creators, and archive-based researchers.

- Artist Statement (1 page, no name/biography)
- Work Samples (10 poems, max 15 pages)
- Biographical Statement (1 page, third-person narrative)

Submission Requirements:
- Documents must not include personal identifiers (to maintain a blind review process).
- Work sample format is flexible but must be within page limits.
Selection Process:
- Jurors include artists, critics, and academics.
- The same jury evaluates both annual rounds if an applicant submits twice in the same year.

- Vincent Prize Fellow: Two awards for trans*/genderqueer artists (stipend based on funding).
