Organizer Information:
The City of Offenbach hosts the "Hot Printing!" festival in collaboration with the Klingspor Museum, the House of City History, and the printmaking workshop in the Bernard Building.
Title & Description:
Applications are open for the 3rd edition of the Hot Printing! Offenbach Print Festival, taking place on the weekend of August 22nd and 23rd, 2026.
The festival provides a vibrant network for printmakers and their audiences. Up to 70 booths will be available for artists, printers, and workshop owners to present and sell their work. Stalls will be set up inside the museum, on the museum forecourt, in the House of City History, and under cover in the courtyard of the Büsingpalais, accompanied by music, food, and drinks.

Eligibility:
- Who: Individual printmaking artists, collaborative printers, and workshop owners.
- Scope: International / European (artists must be able to travel to and operate a booth in Germany).
- Participation Requirement: To ensure a lively and engaging weekend for visitors, booth allocation is linked to a commitment to offer a program item. This could include a printmaking demonstration, a reading, or a small workshop (held either at your booth or in the neighboring Bernard Building printmaking workshop).
Program Benefits & Awards:
- Free Exhibition Space: There is no booth fee.
- Infrastructure: The organizers provide tables, benches, chairs, tents, and lines for hanging prints on-site. (Participants are also welcome to bring their own furniture/display items).
- Direct Sales: A free platform to present and sell your printed works directly to the public.

To apply, artists must submit:
- A short portfolio of their work.
- A program proposal (detailing the demonstration, workshop, or reading you will offer during the festival).
- Your location preference: Please indicate whether you prefer your stand to be located inside the museum or under cover in the courtyard.
