OT301 is a legalized squat and a cornerstone of Amsterdam’s non-commercial cultural scene. Since 2006, it has been self-managed by a diverse, international community of artists, activists, and cultural practitioners under the association EHBK. The organization operates as a participatory, non-profit cultural hub that combines housing, workspaces, and public functions to sustain radical, independent art, politics, and subculture. OT301 prioritizes active community involvement, collective decision-making, and a collaborative approach to creative production.

OT301 invites applications for a 32m² studio space in its self-managed building. This opportunity is ideal for visual artists, multimedia practitioners, textile artists, ceramicists, or artist-activists seeking an affordable workspace embedded in a collaborative, non-commercial environment. Applicants must commit to collective participation, including shared maintenance, programming, and community projects. The selected artist or group will integrate their practice into OT301’s vibrant cultural ecosystem, contributing both creatively and organizationally.
