Senior Director of Development, Fundraising, and Marketing
This is a high-level leadership opportunity for a strategic professional to shape the future of a world-class sculpture park. The purpose of this role is to drive the long-term growth and sustainability of Pyramid Hill through sophisticated fundraising, donor stewardship, and brand-consistent marketing. The selected candidate will not only manage the financial health of the park through major gifts and sponsorships but will also act as a creative strategist, enhancing the park’s national visibility and ensuring that the intersection of art and nature remains accessible to a diverse and growing audience.

The Role Overview

  • Salary: Up to $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience), with a potential bonus structure.
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Reporting To: Executive Leadership Team / Board of Directors Liaison.

Position & Tasks

  • Developing and executing annual fundraising campaigns, major gift solicitations, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Overseeing park-wide marketing strategies and brand consistency in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Managing the donor and patron database (Salesforce/Veevart) to ensure data integrity and timely stewardship.
  • Leading membership growth plans with a specific focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA).
  • Serving as the staff liaison to the Development and Marketing Committee of the Board.
  • Representing the park as a key ambassador at local and national community events.
  • Supervising a Marketing Manager and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Eligibility
