  • Compensation: Estimated annual salary range — USD $105,700 – $234,500 (varies by qualifications and internal equity) with full UC benefits starting day one.
  • Reporting To: Executive and Artistic Director of UCLA’s Center for the Art of Performance.
  • Work Schedule: Standard business hours (with flexibility based on production needs) in a fully onsite environment in Los Angeles.

Position & Tasks

As Senior Director of Artistic and Production, responsibilities include:
  • Leading long-term artistic planning and portfolio development for CAP’s season.
  • Overseeing operational execution of performances and artistic initiatives.
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams across production, administration, and programming.
