Skopje 2028: Open Call for Cultural Co-financing
This call invites individual artists, collectives, cultural organizations, and educational institutions to submit projects for co-financing as part of the Skopje European Capital of Culture 2028 program. Selected projects will receive grants to implement initiatives under thematic pillars such as Art4Hope, Togetherness, rECOvering, CreARTing, and Heritage. Projects can span months or years, supporting cross-disciplinary, participatory, and innovative cultural works, enhancing community engagement and European cooperation.Categories

Eligibility
- Individuals or groups from cultural or educational organizations.

Grant funding for project implementation, with funding levels ranging from €3,000 to €50,000 per project.
