Southern Gateway at Springfield Village – Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Barratt London and AND London invite creative practitioners to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to design, fabricate, and install a landmark gateway at the southern entrance of Springfield Village, Tooting Bec, London. The gateway will serve as a functional entrance to Springfield Park and a welcoming point for the new mixed-use community, reflecting local history, identity, and heritage. The project prioritizes meaningful community engagement and capacity building, offering opportunities for skills development and training during fabrication.
