- The Long Weekend (4 Days/3 Nights) — $270
- Days of Heaven (5 Days/4 Nights) — $340
- And on the Seventh Day (7 Days/6 Nights) — $480
- Exhilarating Escape (14 Days/13 Nights) — $975
- Serene Sabbatical (30 Days/31 Nights) — $2,100
Eligibility:
- Open to all individuals.
- No jury selection, but acceptance is at the discretion of Millay Arts staff.
- Couples are welcome, but children and pets are not allowed.
Theme:
The retreat is designed for individuals seeking time and space for creative, scholarly, or reflective work in a peaceful, off-the-grid environment.
How to Apply:
- Download the application form, complete it, save it, and email it to Calliope Nicholas, Co-Director & Manager of Residency Programs at residency@millayarts.org.
- Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis, and acceptance is at the discretion of Millay staff.
Submission Requirements:
- No application fee.
- You must apply via the provided form.
- Applications are accepted at any time during the retreat period.
Selection Process:
The selection is not based on a jury but is at the discretion of Millay administration.
Program Benefits:
- Offers private bedroom and studio space, shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, workstation, and access to a B&W darkroom.
- Groceries/meals are not included. Residents must handle their own food shopping and cooking.
- Applicants are responsible for their own transportation, especially if staying for more than a week.
