The Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts & Sciences (LBIF) is located in Loveladies, New Jersey. This year marks their 28th annual National Juried Competition & Exhibition, with selections made by guest juror Joanna Sheers Seidenstein, Curator in the Department of Drawings and Prints at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY.

Applications are open for the Works on Paper 2026: National Juried Competition.
This prestigious exhibition invites emerging and established artists to submit artworks created on or utilizing paper as a primary medium. Approximately sixty artworks will be selected for the physical exhibition, which will also be accompanied by a printed catalog featuring the chosen pieces.

Eligibility:
- Who: Emerging and established individual artists.
- Scope: Applicants must be based in the continental United States.
Program Benefits & Awards:
- Exhibition: Inclusion in the gallery exhibition running from May 16 to July 5, 2026.
- Awards: The juror will award three Cash Prizes and three Honorable Mentions during the reception.
- Publication: Selected artists will be featured in the accompanying printed exhibition catalog.
Application Fee:
$35.00 USD (non-refundable fee covers up to 3 entries).
Application Requirements:
Artists must submit their entries, including digital images of their work, through the CaFÉ (Call for Entry) platform.
