Short Description
WOLDA – Worldwide Logo Design Award – is a worldwide competition for logos, identities and packaging. The competition took place for the first time in 2006.
WOLDA has seven categories:
Category 1: Logo new
Category 2: Logo redesign
Category 3: Animated logo, sound logo
Category 4: Flexible logo, flexible identity
Category 5: Corporate identity
Category 6: Corporate identity with custom typefaces
Category 7: Logo and packaging
Eligibility
Since Wolda is a worldwide competition, it is divided into zones: The Americas, Europe and Africa, Asia and Oceania. The division depends on the number of entries.

Program Benefits & Awards
There are no money prizes at WOLDA. Award winners receive a certificate. It will be sent as a pdf by email and can be printed out by the prize winner. There are no further costs for the certificate. Here you can see some examples of the certificates.
Entry Fee
Regular submission phase 1 September to 15 September
Category 1 and 2: fee 80 Euro
Category 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7: fee 180,00 Euro
Late submission phase 16 September until 30 September – last chance until October 8
Category 1 and 2: fee 100 Euro
Category 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7: fee 200,00 Euro
Works that have been produced as part of a course of study and that were created at a university of applied sciences or university can participate for half the regular fee.
