Overview
Founded and edited by photographer and designer Raju Alexis, CuratedPhoto is an online photography journal, digital magazine, and creative community published on a monthly basis. Built on the belief that “an image is only the beginning of a story,” the publication moves beyond superficial aesthetics to focus on intent, emotion, narrative depth, and the human condition. CuratedPhoto features carefully selected photo essays, artist reflections, and visual narratives from photographers around the globe, giving space to thoughtful visual storytelling that reflects authenticity and a strong creative voice.
Objectives
CuratedPhoto aims to slow down the consumption of photography in a digital world of endless scrolling, encouraging audiences to pause, look again, and understand the context behind each frame. The journal seeks to provide a curated global platform that celebrates diverse cultures, places, and perspectives through the universal language of photography. By connecting photographers with international audiences, CuratedPhoto strives to build visibility for serious photographers who use images as a catalyst for conversation, thought, and emotional resonance.
