Passaby Collective is a youth-led arts and cultural organization based in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo. We use street art, music, storytelling, and community engagement to promote peace, social inclusion, environmental awareness, and creative opportunities for young people. Through the Passaby Street Art Festival and other community projects, we transform public spaces into platforms for dialogue, cultural exchange, and positive social change. Our mission is to empower artists and communities to become active agents of change while building connections across Africa and beyond.
