AiR 351 is an independent, non-profit, studio-based international residency program located in Cascais, Portugal. It serves as a creative hub for visual artists and curators, fostering professional development through an environment of critical inquiry and artistic exchange.

Title & Description:

Applications are now open for Cosmophilosophy for the Arts: Rethinking Production.

Directed by philosopher Giovanbattista Tusa, this intensive program examines how artistic processes are shaped by political, material, and conceptual structures. Rather than viewing production as a simple technical procedure, the program treats it as a complex field where power, perception, and cosmology converge.

The program includes:

  • Theoria Seminar: A practical introduction to contemplative thinking.
  • Specialized Workshops: Led by multimedia artist Alexandre Estrela, conceptual collective Claire Fontaine, and philosopher Michael Marder.
  • Public Day: An event designed by participants to share research and alternative modes of engagement.
