The 2026 Ambivalences Call for Projects is coordinated by three interregional hubs in France: Brittany, Normandy, and Pays de la Loire, supporting artistic creation in digital environments. The program is managed by Electroni[k] (Brittany), Oblique/s and Station Mir (Normandy), and Stereolux (Pays de la Loire), in partnership with the DRAC regional directorates. Ambivalences is part of a national initiative led by the French Ministry of Culture to structure Regional Centres for Artistic Creation in a Digital Environment, fostering interregional collaboration, hybrid digital art, and innovative artistic practices.Title & Description
Ambivalences 2026 – Interregional Digital Arts Creation Programme
This call invites professional artists or collectives based in Europe to submit innovative projects that explore digital environments and hybrid forms of artistic writing, aesthetics, or practices. The 2026 edition focuses on projects that experiment with artificial intelligence, digital tools, or interdisciplinary formats. Selected artists will benefit from co-production support, technical and artistic mentoring, and opportunities to disseminate their work across Brittany, Normandy, and Pays de la Loire from 2027. Projects must be in the writing or prototyping stage, with production not yet underway, and demonstrate a connection to at least one of the three regions through collaboration, residencies, or local resources.Categories

Eligibility
- Open to professional artists or collectives residing in Europe.
- Applicants must have a proven artistic practice (previous works exhibited, produced, or disseminated).
- Projects must be in the writing or prototyping phase.
- Production must involve at least one of the following regions: Brittany, Normandy, or Pays de la Loire.
- Priority is given to projects with clear social and environmental responsibility.
Program Benefits & Awards
- Co-production funding of €10,000–€30,000 per project.

- Artist biography (max 1,000 characters) and portfolio (PDF).
- CV for individual artists or a collective.
- Project title and presentation text (max 1,500 characters), including territorial anchoring.
- Detailed project file: note of intent, visuals or pre-visualization, provisional budget, technical sheet (10 pages max, 10 MB).
- Completed application submitted via the official portals of the regional hubs.
