Organizer Information
CreArt 3.0 is an initiative funded under the Creative Europe programme that supports artistic mobility, cross-cultural exchange and professional development across a network of European cities. It brings together cultural institutions, public art organisations and municipal art bodies from multiple cities that host artists and cultural producers for residencies, exhibitions, festivals and public art projects. The programme’s mission is to foster collaboration across borders by facilitating opportunities for creation, presentation and exchange of contemporary visual arts practices among artists living or born in the partner cities. A key partner in this specific call is PI “Artkomas” based in Kaunas, Lithuania, an institution with extensive experience organising visual arts projects, short-term residencies and creative production programmes through cooperation with local artists’ associations and academic partners such as Kaunas Vytautas Magnus University and others.Title & Description
