Organizer Information

The Artists Creative Fund is an elite localized cultural initiative born from a strategic collaboration between the George Kaiser Family Foundation (GKFF) and Creative Arkansas Community Hub & Exchange (CACHE). While GKFF supplies the foundational capital to revitalize urban communities and reduce social disparities, CACHE spearheads the program design, administers the digital application infrastructure, and delivers intensive professional development tracks. Together, these organizations work to establish the city of Tulsa as a vibrant, sustainable beacon for independent contemporary creation.

Title & Description

The 2026–2027 Artists Creative Fund.

This flagship project-specific funding program invests directly in Tulsa's diverse creative ecosystem. The fund is engineered to reward exceptional artistic accomplishments to date while supporting the continued development of bold, innovative new concepts. Rather than acting as a passive fellowship, the fund serves as an active incubator for artists to test boundary-pushing ideas, explore cross-disciplinary collaborations, and build practical business skills. Selected grantees are required to mount at least one public-facing event during the cycle to engage directly with local Tulsa audiences.
