Organizer Information:
Ministry of Culture of French Polynesia in partnership with the Cité internationale des arts, the High Commission of the Republic in French Polynesia, and Air Tahiti Nui. This program aims to support the arts sector, the professionalization of its actors, the creation and exhibition of works of art, the development of live performances, and the training of Polynesian artists.

Applications are open for the Firi anoihi Residency Programme.
This three-month residency program offers 4 to 5 artists the opportunity to live and create at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris. The live-in-studios on the Marais site are designed to combine production and daily life, consisting of a large workroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping area.

Eligibility:
- Who: This residency is strictly intended for artists from French Polynesia.
- Accessibility: The proposed studio apartments do not currently meet accessibility standards for people with disabilities. (For specific requests concerning the accessibility of the spaces, applicants may contact the organizers).
- Companions: Winning artists may be accompanied by an adult (at their own expense) and/or bring a child under the age of 7.
Program Benefits & Awards:
- Grant: A living and production grant of 190,931 F CFP (€1,600) per month.
- Travel: A round-trip air ticket to Paris, paid for by Air Tahiti Nui.
- Accommodation & Workspace: A live-in-studio (ranging from 20 m² to 40 m²) on the Marais site of the Cité internationale des arts.
- Support: Artistic and professional accompaniment by the Cité internationale des arts.
Application Requirements:
Only complete applications will be pre-selected. (If a file is incomplete, the candidate will be given 72 hours to provide missing documents). Files must contain:
- The application form, duly completed and signed.
- A letter of application (1 to 4 pages max) describing motivation, expected contributions, and artistic approach. This letter must be addressed to the president of the selection jury of the “FIRI ANOIHI 2026 – Cité internationale des arts x Polynésie française” residence.
- A portfolio presenting the most representative works produced or co-produced by the candidate.
- A CV describing experience, training, and artistic courses.
- A bank or postal identification statement in the candidate’s name.

Submit the completed form and all supporting documents either:
