Organizer Information
Collective for Multicultural Exchange — Art, Research & Culture (COMEX-ARC) is an international transdisciplinary organisation dedicated to artistic exchange, cultural research, and community-engaged creativity spanning the Mediterranean region and beyond. Its work connects artists, grassroots groups, academic institutions, and cultural actors to catalyse artistic collaboration across borders and cultural narratives. The organization emphasizes decolonial approaches, intercultural dialogue, and socially relevant creative practice.
Title & Description
FlowCCA Open Call is a hybrid professional artistic programme that combines a structured online cohort of mentoring, workshops, and peer exchange with a culminating onsite travelling festival in the Mediterranean region. The project name “FlowCCA” evokes creative movement—drawing on the symbolism of the Egyptian felucca sailing across waters—as a framework for storytelling, heritage reflection, and artistic resistance across historical and contemporary geographies. Participants engage in professional development, public artistic interventions, and production of new work responsive to themes of migration, water, heritage, and collective cultural memory.
