The Malamegi Lab Art Award is an international contemporary art competition open to artists worldwide. The prize invites submissions across multiple disciplines — including drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, graphic design, mixed media, digital art, and video — offering artists a global stage to showcase their work and connect with the contemporary art world.
Twelve finalists will be selected for a high-profile group exhibition, with opportunities to win prestigious awards such as the New Malamegi Collection, Artwork Acquisition Award, Cash Prize, and a Monographic Catalogue publication.

Eligibility:
Open to all artists internationally
Awards & Benefits:
- Artwork Acquisition Award — Up to €2,000, with the selected artwork entering Malamegi Lab’s private collection.
- Cash Prize — €1,000 to one finalist artist, awarded for the quality and originality of the exhibited work (the artwork remains property of the artist).
- Monographic Art Book — A full monograph curated, produced, printed, and distributed by Malamegi Lab at no cost to the artist.
- New Malamegi Collection — One finalist will collaborate with Malamegi to create a new collection of works promoted through their commercial network.
- Collective Exhibition — Twelve selected artists will exhibit in the final group show, accompanied by a printed general catalogue distributed during the exhibition period.
