The Nora Residency Program, coordinated by the Association des Centres Culturels de Rencontre (ACCR) and supported by the French Ministry of Culture, is a program designed for artists, researchers, and cultural professionals in exile from conflict-affected countries. It offers a residency at French Cultural Encounter Centers to help participants integrate into French artistic, cultural, and intellectual networks.

Eligibility
