Paul Smith’s Foundation – Project Coordinator (Creative Programmes & Residency Delivery)
This full-time role focuses on the coordination and delivery of the foundation’s core creative programmes, including residencies, awards, and mentoring initiatives.
The Project Coordinator ensures smooth operational execution across multiple cultural projects, supporting artists and partners throughout production, logistics, and programme implementation. The role is central to maintaining the foundation’s commitment to values-driven creative support, particularly within contemporary Art, Design, and interdisciplinary creative practice.
Working closely with the Foundation Director and internal teams, the coordinator oversees timelines, stakeholder communication, and programme logistics across initiatives such as the Fashion Residency and other funded creative platforms.
The Role Overview
- Position: Project Coordinator
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per year
- Reporting to: Foundation Director
- Working Model: Hybrid (London-based with flexible working)
- Key Function: Delivery of creative programmes, residencies, and cultural projects

Position & Tasks
- Coordinate the delivery of multiple cultural and creative programmes
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and operational workflows
- Support Residency programmes and artist-focused initiatives
- Organise events, workshops, mentoring sessions, and exhibitions
- Handle logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and partner coordination
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and administrative tracking
- Maintain communication with artists, collaborators, and institutional partners
- Support evaluation, reporting, and impact measurement processes
- Ensure smooth execution of programme delivery across all stages

Eligibility
