The Faith Art Prize (formerly known as the Laudamus Award) is a prestigious contemporary art competition dedicated to exploring themes of faith, devotion, and spirituality. The Prize is supported by philanthropist John J. Studzinski CBE and managed by Parker Harris.
Title & Description
The Faith Art Prize 2026.
This international open call celebrates contemporary art that engages with sacred narratives, symbols, and devotional imagery. The competition offers a significant platform for artists to have their work reviewed by a panel of industry leaders, exhibit in a central London location, and compete for a substantial cash prize. A selection of up to 100 works will be featured in the main exhibition, while a special shortlist of 15 works will be displayed at the Christian Art Conference at the QEII Centre, London.

All Mediums, including Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Textile, Print, Photography, Animation/Video (max 10 mins), Digital, Performance, Installation, and Mixed Media.
Eligibility
- Location: Open to UK-based and international artists.
- Experience: Welcomes artists at all career stages, from amateur to professional.
- Age: There are no age restrictions.
- Theme: Work must explore faith, devotion, or spirituality.
Program Benefits and Awards
- First Prize: £25,000.
- People's Choice Award: £5,000.
- Exhibition: Inclusion in a group show in central London and an online sales platform.
- Conference Feature: 15 selected artists will have their work displayed at the Christian Art Conference on November 14, 2026.
- Discount: All entrants receive a discounted ticket to the Christian Art Conference.
Fees
- 1 Entry: £15.
- 2 Entries: £25.
- 3 Entries: £35.
Application Requirements
- Work Limits: 2D and 3D works must not exceed 2.5m in any direction or 50kg in weight.
- Documentation: High-quality digital images; video works must be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo and be embeddable.
- Submission: Artists may submit up to 3 entries.

Additional Details
Shortlisted artists may sell their work via the online platform through January 1, 2027. A 40% commission plus VAT is applied to all sales. International entrants are responsible for customs duties and shipping.
