Short Description

The Visual Disruption Image 2025 is a competition for creators, artists, designers, activists and creative thinkers. Submitted visuals should be visually striking, carry a clear message and spark thought, discussion or change. What urgently needs to be visualized and disrupted? The lack of imagination itself? Or perhaps the dominant visual narratives surrounding climate, technology, art, power, identity, public space… What do you see nowhere, but should be seen right now?

Eligibility

  • Open to anyone aged 16 and above, worldwide
  • Both individuals and collectives may enter (1 submission per entity)
  • 1 image per participant/collective
  • Accepted forms: photography, digital collage, AI-generated art, illustration, mixed media, poster design….
  • Minimum resolution: 300 dpi (for A2 print size)
  • File types: JPG, PNG, max. 10 MB
  • Optional, a short accompanying text (max. 120 words) for explanation or context
