CFEVA Visual Artist Fellowship 2027/2028: Call for Philadelphia Regional Artists.
This prestigious two-year fellowship is designed to help artists reach the next stage of their professional practice. During this critical "incubation period," CFEVA provides the funding, structure, and guidance necessary for artists to explore new ideas, develop advanced techniques, and navigate professional pathways. Artists are selected by an independent Board of Artistic Advisors based on the merit of their work and their ability to articulate clear career goals.

Eligibility
- Location: Must be based within 150 miles of Philadelphia, PA.
- Career Stage: Artists looking to move their practice to a professional "next level."
- Qualities: Applicants must demonstrate a clear vision for how CFEVA’s support will facilitate their growth.
Program Benefits and Awards
- Financial Award: A $1,000 award plus up to $3,000 to cover expenses related to proposed professional activities.
- Mentorship: Direct guidance and career support from CFEVA’s Executive Artistic Director.
- Visibility: Featured placement and registration in the annual Philadelphia Open Studio Tours (POST).
- Network: Access to Career Enhancement Excursions, peer dialogue opportunities, and official CFEVA Artist Membership.
- Extended Access: All applicants (even those not selected for the fellowship) are eligible for CFEVA-hosted exhibitions, sales, and teaching opportunities.

- Application Fee: $25.00 USD.
