Técnico/a de Proyectos Culturales y Expositivos — Fundación Cristina Enea
Fundación Cristina Enea is seeking a Cultural and Exhibition Projects Technician to join its permanent team. The position focuses on developing and coordinating cultural projects, exhibitions, editorial activities and visitor programmes, including projects produced independently by the foundation and those developed in collaboration with cultural groups and institutions.
This is a full-time, permanent employment position, rather than a grant, residency or artist commission. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the Director-Manager and contribute to the foundation’s cultural and exhibition programme in San Sebastián.

Position & Tasks
The successful candidate will formulate and operationally monitor cultural projects, including initiatives developed independently or in collaboration with collectives and organisations. Responsibilities include coordinating the foundation’s editorial line; designing the temporary exhibition calendar; managing the loan and rental of exhibitions; and developing exhibitions produced directly by Cristina Enea.
The role also involves managing the calendar of visits to exhibition spaces and monitoring their impact and results. Additional duties within the candidate’s professional competence may be assigned by management.
Selection consists of three phases: an eliminatory knowledge and aptitude/psychotechnical assessment worth up to 45 points; interviews and personal/competency assessment worth up to 40 points; and merit assessment worth up to 15 points. Candidates must obtain at least 25 points in Phase 1 and 30 points in Phase 2.

Eligibility
Applicants must generally be nationals of an EU Member State, while nationals of other states may participate if they have legal residence in Spain and satisfy the remaining requirements. Candidates must be at least 16 and not exceed the ordinary retirement age.
Applicants need a higher official degree in Fine Arts, Anthropology, Social Sciences or a similar field, together with demonstrable experience in cultural project management and exhibition creation and/or curation. Additional training related to social movements and sustainability is considered a merit.
A C1 level of Euskera (Basque) or an accepted equivalent/exemption is mandatory. Candidates must also meet the applicable professional, functional and public-employment requirements.
