Title & Description

EMC Fellowship Programme (2026–2028)
The EMC Fellowship Programme is a prestigious two-year professional development initiative designed for emerging professionals in the music sector. The program aims to internationalize the careers of young leaders by providing them with a platform to engage in cultural policy discussions and network with high-level industry experts.

The core of the experience begins with participation in the European Forum on Music (EFM), the EMC’s flagship annual conference. Throughout the two-year term, Fellows are integrated into the heart of the European music scene, gaining insider access to industry debates, workshops, and organizational processes. The program is co-funded by the EU’s Creative Europe program.
