Luxembourg Art Week is the premier international art fair in Luxembourg, offering an overview of contemporary creation from the surrounding regions and across the globe. The 12th edition will take place at the fair's ephemeral venue on Glacis Square, in the heart of Luxembourg City.

Luxembourg Art Week 2026 Art Fair.

The fair invites galleries, artist-run spaces, and institutions to present a consistent program of contemporary or modern art. This edition features two primary sections and a special focus on photography, alongside the "Art Walk" sculpture trail. The fair serves as a high-visibility platform for galleries to connect with an international audience of collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts.

Sections:

  • Main Section: Open to established galleries selected for the quality and strength of their exhibition program.
  • Take Off Section: Dedicated to young contemporary galleries (under five years old), artist collectives, non-profit organizations, and institutions.
  • Special Focus - Focus Photo 2026: Photography takes center stage in 2026. Galleries can benefit from:
    • Stand Rental Reduction: A €2,000 (excl. VAT) reduction for booths exclusively dedicated to photography (limited to 5 stands).
    • Enhanced Visibility: Dedicated platforms and press coverage for galleries presenting solo photography shows within their booths.

Eligibility

  • Exhibitors: Galleries, artist-run spaces, and institutions with a physical space and regular exhibition schedule.
  • Individual Artists: Not eligible to apply directly.
  • Program: Must present a consistent contemporary or modern art program.

Program Benefits and Awards

  • Sculpture Trail: Galleries can propose outdoor installations for the high-profile Art Walk (inaugurating in mid-October).
  • Exposure: Participation in a fair that attracts thousands of visitors and international press.
  • Networking: Inclusion in invitation-only VIP events starting from November 18.

Fees

  • Application Fee: None (Free to apply).
  • Booth Fees: Vary by size and section (refer to the Exhibitor Brochure).
  • Total Estimated Cost:
    • Main Section:
      Estimated Rate (per m²): €400 – €450
      €12,000 – €27,000 for 30m² – 60m²
    • Take Off Section:
      Estimated Rate (per m²): €250 – €300
      €3,750 – €7,500 for 15m² – 25m² /

Application Requirements

Applications must be submitted via the online portal and include:

  • Gallery presentation and list of represented artists.
  • Booth concept, list of proposed artists with CVs, and artwork visuals.
  • Booth Simulation: A hanging simulation (using SketchUp or similar software is recommended).
  • High-resolution visuals for communication and press use.
