Title & Description:

Applications are open for the international collective art exhibition NATURAL FLOW – The Second Edition 2026.

This exhibition invites artists to explore the multiple meanings and implications of water. As a vital component of the life cycle and an essential resource, water remains a powerful source of reflection. Proposals must reflect this central theme, interpreting water through personal/conceptual reflections, natural landscapes, symbolic/spiritual dimensions, or environmental concerns and sustainability.

Category:

Multidisciplinary (Includes painting, photography, sculpture, installation, and performance).

Eligibility:

  • Who: Open to artists and collectives, both Italian and international.
  • Theme: All proposed artworks MUST clearly reflect the central theme of water.

Program Benefits & Awards:

  • Exhibition: A physical exhibition at MUST in Lecce from July 3 to 18, 2026.
  • Support & PR: The curator manages logistics, venue rental, mounting/dismounting, design/printing of materials (posters, labels), and local/global press office outreach.
  • Media: Selected artists receive a dedicated article with an interview and their artworks published on the curator's website and social media, plus a digital certificate of participation.

Application Fee & Program Costs:

  • Application Fee: Free to apply.
  • Participation Fee: If your work is selected, you MUST pay a participation fee to cover exhibition logistics. The exact fee will be communicated after selection and depends on the physical size of your artwork.
  • Performance Exemption: Participation for performance art is free during the opening of the exhibition.
  • Shipping: Artists are strictly responsible for the costs and logistics of shipping their works to and from the exhibition venue in Italy.

Application Requirements:

  • Submission Format: Applications are submitted directly via email.
  • Required Documents & Strict Limits:
    1. Artist statement / biography (Maximum 250 words).
    2. Artwork description including title, year, medium, dimensions, and technical/logistical requirements (Maximum 300 words).
    3. Visual or video documentation (high-resolution images, video links, or digital files).
    4. Portfolio or website link (if available).
