Rhizome Fellowship 2026 – Narrative-led Systems Change

The Rhizome Fellowship 2026 is a fully-funded Fellowship for narrative practitioners, artists, journalists, and activists. Spanning nine months (May–December 2026), the program combines online sessions, mentorship, and an in-person gathering in Costa Rica. Fellows will develop narrative projects aligned with one of the five "Pathways to Regenerative Futures," addressing ecological, social, and cultural regeneration. Selected projects will receive guidance through the Culture Hack Method, culminating in real-world impact within communities.

Eligibility

  • Open to international artists, media-makers, journalists, researchers, and activists.
  • Must apply as a collective or organization (minimum two participants).
  • Applicants should have ongoing work or activism in narrative or systemic change.
  • Commitment to collaboration and regenerative approaches is required.
