- Logistical Metrics: An approximate index tracking the total number and material composition of artworks or installation apparatuses, alongside your preferred month or months for display (October through June options; maximum flexibility enhances your probability of placement).
- Supplemental Public Program Pitch (Maximum 2,000 characters): Outline any matching lectures, panel discussions, or live workshops you wish to coordinate during the exhibition run.
- Professional Resume / CV: A simplified text CV highlighting training, active representation, past awards, and prominent exhibition history.
- Visual Portfolio uploads: Upload between 1 to 9 digital items to illustrate the physical reality of the proposed concept. Supported extensions include high-resolution images (up to 5MB each), video files (up to 250MB), audio clips (up to 30MB), or cohesive project briefs in PDF format (up to 10MB).
