Collective Z Gallery

Collective Z is a contemporary gallery on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, founded in 2026 by artist Alex Z. Wang. We work with artists at the threshold — those emerging into their first serious recognition, and those established practitioners ready to become again — across painting, works on paper, sculpture, and practices that resist easy categorization. The program is intentionally intimate and rigorous: real curatorial attention, real care in the install, and a commitment to showing work at the moments when it matters most. We’re less interested in market formulas than in artists with a clear point of view and the conviction to follow it.
