The Sharing Association (Share Project). Now in its 20th edition, Share Festival is an Italian contemporary art festival exploring technological evolution and science. The Share Prize is Italy’s longest-running award dedicated to innovative artistic proposals within the international contemporary tech art scene.
Title & Description:
Applications are open for the 18th Edition of the Share Prize.
This year's theme is "Popular Singularity." The festival asks artists for clear, lucid, sincere art about the Singularity—a popular, heartfelt folk art about it that is immediate and accessible, without tech jargon or lazy AI-slop. Six works will be shortlisted and exhibited during the Share Festival XX as part of Turin Contemporary Art Week.

Tech Art & New Media (Including video art, generative art, augmented reality, algorithmic art, digital art, kinetic art, net art, and hybrid works combining analog technologies).
Eligibility:
- Who: Italian and international artists/collectives.
- Unrealized Works: Projects or works that have not yet been realized will NOT be accepted.
- Submission Limit: Each artist or collective may submit a maximum of 3 works (whether previously exhibited or not).
- Documentation Rule: Submissions published solely on social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) will NOT be accepted. Furthermore, the organizers strongly recommend NOT using WeTransfer for sharing materials; provide URLs to personal websites, YouTube, or Vimeo instead.
- Language: Entry forms and descriptions are accepted in both Italian and English (English is preferred).
Program Benefits & Awards:
- Cash Prize: The jury will award a prize of €2,500 (gross amount, before taxes/social security) to the winning work. (Note: Taxation will be determined based on the winner's country of residence).
- Exhibition: The six shortlisted entries will be exhibited at Share Festival XX.
- Production & Transport: The Sharing Association will arrange for the transport and installation of the selected works. (Note: The production of the works is the responsibility of the artist/collective).
- Accommodation: The organization undertakes, as far as possible, to cover the shortlisted artists’ living expenses during their stay in Turin (within the limits of available grants).

Application Requirements:
Submit via the online form, providing:
- Contact and residential information.
- Title of the artwork.
- Description of the work (max 1000 characters).
- Technical description of the technologies involved (max 500 characters).
- Artist/collective bio (max 1000 characters).
- A permanent URL for further details/media (No WeTransfer links).(Note: Do not send any additional physical materials like paper or USBs).
How to Apply?
Complete the online form on the Share Project website. One form per work is required.
Key Dates:
- Application Deadline: May 22, 2026, at 23:59 CEST. (Late submissions will not be accepted).
- Shortlist Announced: July 2026.
- Exhibition (Share Festival XX): October 29 – November 2, 2026.
