Short Description:
The Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce invites artists to apply for the 49th Annual Mountain Heritage Arts & Crafts Festival, held September 26-28, 2025 at the Jefferson County WV Fairgrounds in Kearneysville, WV. Award for Best in Show. We accept fine artists and crafters working in the following mediums: Art Glass, Basket, Bath & Body products, Candles, Clothing & Accessories, Furniture, Gourds, Graphic/Fine Art, Jewelry, Leather, Photography, Pottery, Quilting, Rugs, Toys, Wood Accessories and many more that fall under other or mixed media! No Buy Sell or commercial products allowed.
Eligibility:
Participation is open to all handmade fine arts and crafts. All work represented must be of an original concept executed and designed by the artist in attendance. No work which has been made with commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans or prefabricated pieces is allowed. No Retail Vendors allowed.

Approximately 160-180 carefully selected and prejudged artisans
Option for Indoor or Outdoor Spaces (Subject to change based on state and local guidelines and protocols)
FREE Coffee & Donut/Danish each morning for participants, on site banking, designated parking, on site camping, paved walkways, ATM access for patrons/vendors, friendly staff and organizers.
General Admission $10 includes, Live Bands, Wine & Spirit Tastings & Craft Beer Tastings, Parking, Kids Activities & Kids Bands, including free craft workshops. Advance tickets online $8.56 (includes tax).
Entry Fee: There will be a $30 application fee due with application.
