Organizer Information
The 3rd International Digital Art Biennial “THE ONE” is organized by the Pinata Foundation, an international cultural initiative focused on contemporary Digital Arts and experimental visual practices. The biennial functions as both a competition and exhibition platform dedicated to emerging and professional artists working with digital technologies.
The project is hosted in collaboration with academic and cultural institutions in Poland, including the Faculty of Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. The biennial positions itself within a socially engaged artistic framework, focusing on ecological awareness, planetary futures, and the ethical responsibilities of human civilization in the context of environmental change.
The theme “THE ONE” reflects the singularity of planet Earth as the only known habitat for life, aiming to stimulate artistic reflection on environmental degradation and collective responsibility.

3rd International Digital Art Biennial “THE ONE” – Digital Art & Environmental Futures Open Call
The 3rd International Digital Art Biennial “THE ONE” is an international Biennial and Competition dedicated to contemporary Digital Art practices exploring the future of planet Earth. The open call invites artists to engage with urgent ecological questions through visual storytelling, technological experimentation, and conceptual reflection.
The competition is centered on themes of environmental responsibility, climate crisis, and the impact of human civilization on planetary systems. Artists are encouraged to create works that provoke critical dialogue about sustainability, ecological destruction, and collective awareness.
Selected works will be presented in post-competition exhibitions in Poland, alongside publication in an official bilingual catalogue (Polish-English). The project also includes ongoing digital promotion of selected artists through institutional platforms.

- Works must not be created using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Both individual and independent submissions are accepted
