Selected artists are responsible for the transport of their artworks to and from the gallery and for arranging their own accommodation. The gallery does not provide insurance for works during transportation or exhibition. The exhibition spaces are supervised during opening hours.
The artist is responsible for installation and dismantling. The assigned curator can assist and, if requested, help organize additional workers. Artists are expected to prepare appropriate labels for exhibited works and sufficient price lists.
At the end of the exhibition, artists must restore the exhibition space by removing nails, filling holes, and repainting affected areas where necessary.
Artists may sell their works during the exhibition. Sold paintings or sculptures should be marked with a red dot, and artists must report the number of works sold after the exhibition.
