Partnership Manager – Fotografiska Stockholm
This opportunity is a senior-level professional role at Fotografiska Stockholm for a Partnership Manager responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the institution’s strategic partnership and commercial collaboration portfolio.
The role sits at the intersection of Art Management, cultural strategy, and business development. The selected candidate will lead Fotografiska’s partnership ecosystem, working with brands, agencies, and cultural stakeholders to generate new revenue streams and long-term collaborations that align with the museum’s artistic and institutional vision.

The Role Overview
- Position: Partnership Manager
- Contract Type: Full-time employment
- Salary Model: Fixed salary + variable performance-based compensation
- Reporting To: People & Culture / Senior Leadership Team (Fotografiska Stockholm)

- Key Objective: Develop and scale commercial partnerships that support cultural programming and institutional growth
Position & Tasks
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of Fotografiska’s partnership strategy and execution.
Strategic Development
- Design and implement long-term partnership strategies
- Identify new revenue opportunities across cultural and commercial sectors
- Conduct market research and trend analysis in media, culture, and branding
- Strengthen Fotografiska’s positioning within global creative industries
Partnership Acquisition & Sales
- Lead strategic B2B sales to brands, agencies, and corporate partners
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, delivery, and evaluation
- Build and maintain high-value long-term partnerships
- Ensure alignment between commercial collaborations and institutional values
Project & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate internal departments including Marketing, Exhibitions, Programming, Operations, and Food & Beverage
- Manage execution of partnership activations and cultural programs
- Represent Fotografiska in external meetings, events, and professional networks
Financial & Performance Management
- Own partnership budget and revenue targets
- Monitor profitability and performance metrics
- Deliver reports and evaluations of partnership outcomes
