Title & Description

Posterheroes 15 – STILL HUMAN: Exploring Humanity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Posterheroes 15, titled “Still Human,” is an international open call inviting designers, artists, and creatives to explore the evolving meaning of humanity in an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.

In today’s world, AI is no longer a distant concept but a pervasive system influencing how we think, communicate, consume, and interact. Algorithms shape perceptions, guide decisions, and even redefine notions of truth and identity. Within this context, the competition challenges participants to critically reflect on the relationship between human agency and machine intelligence.

The central theme asks:
What does it mean to be human in a world where machines can generate, predict, and decide?

Participants are invited to design impactful posters that visualize and question the boundaries between:

  • Automation and creativity
  • Human intention and algorithmic decision-making
  • Individual authorship and machine collaboration
  • Diversity and bias in AI-driven systems

Rather than judging technology, the competition encourages participants to make visible its effects, contradictions, and possibilities. It explores how AI reshapes not only practical aspects of life but also deeper cultural, ethical, and emotional dimensions.

The submitted works should provoke thought, raise awareness, and contribute to a broader dialogue about the future of human experience. Designers are encouraged to approach the theme conceptually, critically, and creatively, using visual language to communicate complex ideas in accessible ways.
