Title & Description

Studio Gallery Artist Residency Program.

Studio Gallery invites creators and researchers from around the world to its 300-square-meter residency space in Shanghai. This non-profit program focuses on in-depth documentation, academic exchange, and experimental creation, culminating in an "Open Studio" event and a dedicated feature in the "Artist Talk" newspaper.

This program is designed as a garrison for independent creative work, providing a bridge between artists, curators, and the public. The residency prioritizes the recording and dissemination of artistic processes, producing a specialized "Artist Talk" newspaper for each resident. The 300-square-meter, three-story villa offers a quiet, independent working environment adjacent to the OCAT Pujiang Art Museum, fostering a space where "different cultural identities and mediums come together" for extensive exchange and professional critique.
