Writers:
- Playwriting/Screenwriting: Full script (max 130 pages)
- Poetry: Up to 12 poems (max 20 pages)
- Fiction: 1 short story or 2 novel chapters (max 40 pages)
- Non-fiction/Memoir/Journalism: 2 essays/articles or book chapters (max 40 pages)
- Works in foreign languages must include English translations

- 6–12 images (painting, sculpture, photography)
- Up to 3 media files (video, digital art, etc.)

- 2 reference letters (submitted directly by recommenders)
