Organizer Information:

Interstice Journal. A creative journal dedicated to the exploration of incomplete ideas, abandoned drafts, fragments, sketches, and works in progress. It exists as a response to perfection-driven creative culture, offering a space for process, uncertainty, and processual creativity.

Title & Description:

Applications are open for submissions to Interstice: A Journal of Unfinished Ideas and Emergent Practice.

The editorial team believes that artistic work begins at tension, not completion. They are seeking intellectually curious and formally experimental submissions that inhabit the spaces between disciplines. They accept unfinished, exploratory, or process-based work, including incomplete poems, drafts of prose, visual sketches with commentary, unused photographs, marginalia, and conceptual outlines that never became artworks.
